Job Opening: M&E and Reporting Officer
Introduction:
KOHRW implements a comprehensive protection program for refugees in partnership with UNHCR through the Community Service Center (CSC) in Kirkuk. The CSC serves as a dedicated space to provide critical protection services, including legal aid, case management, psychosocial support, and awareness sessions to refugees. This program aims to address the needs of refugees ensuring a safe and supportive environment while promoting social cohesion and protection for the most vulnerable populations.
The CSC’s goals include:
- Providing structured case management for survivors of violence and children at risk.
- Ensuring access to legal aid and rights-based protection services.
- Promoting awareness on available services and rights through community engagement.
- Offering technical support to strengthen local capacities and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) framework tailored to the project.
- Design data collection tools and conduct training for field staff on their use.
- Monitor project activities and outputs to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and report data to measure project impact and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a beneficiary feedback mechanism for complaints and suggestions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and final MEAL reports for internal and donor use.
- Provide technical support to staff on monitoring and evaluation of best practices.
- Participate in project review meetings and contribute to lessons learned and knowledge sharing.
